Hello.
i sent kofi to another a user but they didn't receive it. This is the second time this happened.
First was on 6th October 2020 and second was on 3rd Nov 2020.
All transactions to kofi for the same user before these two dates went fine. But somehow starting October i am unable to send any donation to Ko-Fi.
I already contacted Ko-Fi support staff and they said that the payment was stuck from Paypal side.
My bank already gave me notifications that the money already been deducted from my card. However, there is no activity update on my Paypal page. Doesnt help that I cant even contact Paypal directly regarding this matter as there is NO UPDATE on the activities/transaction page.
So may i know what is going on? Is Paypal in dispute with Ko-Fi or what?
There is NO trouble with my bank/credit card, I already checked. I have an adequate balance in my account.
