Did you receive any emails from PayPal confirming that the payment was sent to you? If not, it may be that the payment was not sent correctly. Also, make sure that your email is confirmed and that the payment was sent in a currency that you've added to your PayPal balance. For more information, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Service directly.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
