I purchased an item from Adidas on 21 June 2018 and returned it on the 4th of July 2018 (I have proof of postage). I haven’t received an email from Adidas stating that they received my returned item, nor have I recieved a refund. Also when I’ve tried to contact Adidas I’ve received no response. How do I get my money back?
You can open a paypal dispute for item received but not as described BUT if paypal find in your favour then you would have to provide a tracking number to prove delivery of the item back to the seller.
