Have a Transaction ID but haven't received payment

Wow, getting help on here is like getting blood from a stone. I've spent the last hour chasing my tail trying to get help in Live Chat and on the phone before searching endlessly here while being directed to pages that are no help at all!

On to my problem. A company I've been dealing with for years have just sent me a payment (I receive payments from them about twice a week on average). Today the payment isn't showing in my account, nor is there any record of it on PayPal's end. I contacted the company who assured me it has been sent and gave me a Transaction ID. I need to use this payment today. Is there a way of following this up asap without having to wait for someone to finally get back to me or for the Chat Bot to actually work?

To use UK chat, local customer service, the target should be during local business hours and preferably early. Beyond business hours, it's iffy or you get outsource man.
