Really double check if it is not a split payment of a transaction first (PayPal balance and the rest with debit or card) or with family members that could have used your account, then locate the payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Unauthorized Payment dispute.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
