HOW TO REFUND A CUSTOMER WHO HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN PARTIALLY REFUNDED

Hi,

A customer ordered 2 items from me and my distributor only had 1, so the customer agreed to an adjustment to his order to reflect 1 item and I made a partial refund.

It now appears that the distributor does not in fact have any stock and I, therefore, need to refund the remainder of the customer's money.

When I tried to refund the customer again, I noticed Paypal does not offer any refund option (probably because I made a previous partial refund).

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Thanks
