HOW DO I USE A PAYPAL CARD LOADED WITH CASH

My US customer just credit her new PAYPAL card with cash so she can pay me.

I am in Canada and have not seen  one of these cards before.

She wants me to tell her how to use it to pay for her purchase.

I have sent her a PayPal invoice to her email address.

Can anyone help us?
