Hello,

I was trying to purchase a purse with my paypal credit account, but it kept giving me an error message. I tried numerous times and then gave up. However, I then got an email from Paypal thanking me for my purchase and it looks like I've ordered 5 purses. They are all pending. How do I cancel them?

First thing, check with the merchant to see if they have any orders from you. If not, then the orders failed to process properly to the merchant and so those pending authorizations will have to expire on their own and drop off and release the funds in no longer than 30 days. PayPal or nor your card issuer can cancel pending authorizations. If any of the transactions go from pending to completed (funds captured by the merchant), then you can dispute them.
