HELP

Hi everyone.

this is my first experience with paypal.

i have an online business and paypal is a payment supported by my business.

 

i am wondering why my 2 orders/payments are on hold?

 

it says i have to put in the shipping info but once i do the system says the dates arent available.

my business delivery times are between 13 and 20 days.

 

i have tried to email, it says "sorry we cant display this information right now" once i press submit. 

i have tried to call and it has just hung up 3 times.

 

can someone please help me??
