HELP! paid the wrong person

I i have paid the wrong person. Same name just NOT the same person.  The imposter has picked up the money. I emailed them at their address and asked for the money back. $600!  They haven't answered. Has anyone been this stupid b4? Anyone have a solution?

Really would help if you said HOW you sent the money ie which paypal option and HOW you funded the paypal payment ie which funding source???
