HELP! Stuck on Direct Deposit

HOW CAN I GET MY DIRECT DEPOSIT INFO?? I am trying to set up direct deposit, but when it asks for my phone number to send a code, its telling me that they DO NOT ACCEPT THAT TYPE OF PHONE NUMBER! what does that even mean??
