Urgent help needed.
I believe I am the victim of a scam or fraud.
2 payments for a large amount of money are currently 'Pending' to be withdrawn from my account.
I cannot get hold of customer service to help me with this issue at all!
It is impossible to get anyone on the phone, and the chat bots are doing nothing whatsoever.
For some reason, I cannot dispute the transactions on my account either.
I get the error message
"We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction. Please refer to our User Agreement for more details."
What am I supposed to do then!
I urgently need help with this issue before my money is taken.
