I keep trying to send a payment to the UK with a pre-paid Visa and the card issuer continues to deny the transaction even though the money is on the card. What do I do??? I sent another one to the UK with no issues.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
