Hello, I have to receive a payment of 295$ from viralhog but unfortunately I’m having trouble with receiving the money. I contacted the page and they told me that the problem is with my PayPal account. I will also attach the pdf they gave me in which you can clearly see that the payment is done even though I haven’t received anything. Can you help me solve this issue? Thank you.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
