Hi all,
My grandson (aged 3) has managed to buy some add ons for a game. I'm not sure how this has gone through but I need to ensure it doesn't happen again as it's to the tune of nearly £30.00!! Please does anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance, Kimberley

Hi @kfrance,
I'm sorry to hear about the purchase made from your phone!
As @vmkebogile suggested, you can password protect your phone. However, I'm guessing that you may have unlocked your phone to allow your grandson the ability to play the game on your phone? If that's something you wish to do in the future, you may want to cancel any pre-approved payments or billing agreements associated with buying in-game items. If you want to make a purchase in the future, you'd have to create a new billing agreement, but until then, a person would not be able to make a purchase without your PayPal password.
If you have OneTouch turned on, you also may wish to turn it off if you're going to allow anyone else to use your mobile device.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
