Got problem when try transfer money

Hello there I have problem when transfering money from PayPal account to my bank account... I have bank approved, bank card approved. All is done. But when I try cash out it says me this Message: SORRY,but we need more information. Please contact Customer Service For assistance... HELP ME PLEASE!!! Country : Latvia

Your best bet is to contact customer services as you haven't given us any info to work with, not even what country you are in.


Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
