Got funds received mail from PayPal but money or transaction not shown in account

So I received money from GAMER2GAMER GLOBAL PTE LTD and it does say funds received of 518.34 USD in a mail from PayPal and the mail says following below it-

Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. 


Now, there's is nothing there in Resolution Centre, where am I supposed to provide "bit more information about my account or recent transactions"?

Also, when I contacted the sender regarding this, they said we tried to proceed with your payment request however it is appeared as unclaimed. I need to check my PayPal settings.

 

Now I don't know where to claim this money, Paypal says it is received but nothing is shown in the account so that I can report the transaction.

 

This is recent transactions and nothing after last week is there. All I have is the Masspay Transaction Id that my sender gave to me for this transaction but nothing from PayPal's side other than this mail. Also, PayPal customer care service is unreachable apparently.
