Godaddy payment problems

hi all, 

i have been trying to pay for a domain at Godaddy but i keep getting this message:

"We're sorry. We weren't able to complete your payment or set up a billing agreement for future payments at this time.

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."

bank and card are confirmed and i have more than enough in the account anyway.

any and all help welcomed.
