Giving no details while paying

Someone asked me for sending money. How can I send money without they knowing my real name?

Or even without seeing my adress? 

When I use my secondary email associated with paypal, my real name is still there...any chance to change that?

If you send funds for goods / services then the receiver will get your name and address (to send any item to you).
