Gift payment did not go through and flagged as Pending

The recipient has not heard from PayPal but the transfer is flagged as "Pending - recipient has not accepted the gift". How can this be resolved?

See if your email address is confirmed. Go to Settings (cog icon), to the email section. Or click the transaction in the Activity page to accept or deny payment. Or confirm with the sender to see if they sent to correct email address if your account is not showing the transaction.
