Hi so I sent $200 to a clothing shop for. A hoodie. They said they were out of stock and refunded me the $200. The problem is that $200 was from a vanilla visa gift card. It’s been a day and my balance is still zero and that $200 transaction refund isn’t showing up in my account. What do I do?
