Hi,

Getting error "Sorry, your bank wasn't able to verify your VISA x-<removed> at this time. Please choose another way to pay." when i try to pay from paypal sandbox account.

Please some one help why i get this error when try to pay from paypal sandbox.

I have created the account for getting the sandbox details. But i can't see "Upgrade to pro" option.
Can you please help me how can i see this option.
