Getting My Pennies Back

12th July I ordered and paid £29.99 for a set of car number plates for my car.

I was told I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for them to get the material needed.

Middle of Aug was the last I heard from them despite numerous messages on a forum and several Emails.

A forum Mod contacted them and was promised they;d contact me.

Nobody did.

How do I get my pennies back?
