Gave refund item not sent back

Hi there I recently refunded someone through PayPal the case is now closed and the money has been sent. However the person isn’t replying to my messages and still needs to send the item back to me, I dunno how I’m going to get my item back.

You are not supposed to refund until you have recieved the item back (trackable at the buyers expense) to prove delivery of the item to you.
