There are hundreds of games offering cash and prizes for playing/watching ads and most of them are using the PayPal name/logo etc. BUT they cheat and never payout anything. Why can't PayPal assist in shutting them down and making them pay or award the prizes???

How can paypal shut down another company?

All they can do is ask them to remove their logo but then all that game has to do is change names and start over.
