Funds withheld over 21 days...

Item was sold & shipped, received, good feedback, $18.15 payment made to PayPal almost a month ago. Way more than 21 days. Why is my money still on hold?

Sometimes there can be a delay or glitch with confirming delivery by PayPal so contact customer service to have them manually confirm delivery and release funds:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

Ask buyer to Confirm Receipt to release funds via these steps if tracking info was already provided to the transaction:

 1. Click Activity at the top of the page.

 2. Find and click the payment transaction.

 3. Click Confirm Receipt.

 4. Click Yes to confirm.

To add tracking information to the PayPal transaction:

1. Click Activity at the top of the page.

 2. Find and click the payment transaction.

 3. Click Add Tracking Info.

 4. Select an order status.
