Paypal is withholding my funds from the sale of a camera kit. I'm not a new seller and have 100% feedback, so does the buyer.
The item is delivered and the buyer is already listing parts of the kit for sale on his page but i can not withdraw my funds.
The Paypal site won't even update the status to delivered, it still says "sent" even though i have entered the correct tracking number, Ebay have updated to delivered and confirmed over the phone the item is delivered and they have released the funds.
On the paypal site if you press track your parcel it removes the letters from the tracking number I've entered on the Royal mail website. If you add the letters to the tracking number- Delivered and signed for.
No one answering phones.
Ebay customer service have been great but this is disgraceful service from Paypal.
