So I had my Paypal blocked a few months ago because of a negative balance, so I called the PayPal customer service and they told me that in order to unblock my account I had to make a wire to a IBAN DE161***** account, so I did, and my account was unblocked. So I thought to myself or was convinced that that account is a bank account associated specifically to my PayPal account. So recently someone was trying to send me money thru PayPal.me, but for some reason she was not able to do it, so I gave her that same IBAN DE161*** so she could make the wire, and she did. I received the payment proof from her bank, but unfortunately that money is not available yet on my PayPal account, and since the Paypal customer service is currently closed, I´m not able to talk to an agent to know whats going on. Can anyone help me?
