Funds movement right after receiving a payment. Can i send money in paypal to venmo

Basically my buddy is going to send me 300 bucks. I then want to send that 300 to someone else,hopefully using venmo. Any help greatly appreciated

Not directly from within PayPal. A work around is to have both PayPal and Venmo linked to the same bank account and transfer between accounts through the bank account or just pay with your bank account on Venmo after you withdraw from PayPal in the the bank account.
