A Customer on ebay made a purchase which I custom made for them and shipped. I just got a notice that PayPal is withholding my funds because this person said that this order was made without his/her permission. To anyone whos familiar with this situation...Why isnt Ebay responsible for their buyers? Why is this on the seller?
Has anyone had this happen to them and did you get your funds eventually released by Paypal?
