Funds aren’t showing

I recently got sent some money, I got an email from PayPal that it got sent but nothing is showing up in my activity or balance. Please help!!

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

It could be that you need to claim the money before seeing the transaction in your Account Activity. Please make sure that your email is confirmed, and that you have added the currency in which the payment was sent. The email you received should also give you some more information on how to claim the payment.

It would help if you said what country you are in as some can't receive paypal payments and others have some restrictions?
