Funds add money to your account from DC or Bank account

Hi I am in Cyprus. How can i move money from my Bank account to PayPal or from my Debit card to my PayPal. This is not available in my country. I am a seller and i need to fund my account to be able to issue a refund and operate freely with the money. It’s possible to withdraw but not possible to add money in to my account via wallet. Can you please assist me on that?

Yeah, not all countries has ability to add money.
