On the PayPal homepage there was a prompt (blue banner) saying there was 12.78 waiting for me to claim and transfer to my bank. However, I could have sworn it was 22 dollars before and I have no idea where those funds are from. I transferred it successfully to my bank. Can anyone enlighten me as to where this money came from?
