Funding my account

I cannot do a payment from my personal south african bank account after linking my debit card (mastercard), it keeps on declining. I do not have a cheque or credit card. What other options do i have?

Call card customer service number to check if the card is enable for online/paypal use. If everything is ok with the card, then contact PayPal customer service to find out what the problem is. You might have to get use Visa credit or debit card instead.
