Fund released from Bluehost but not deposited by PayPal

Paypal gives me this reason :

Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre.

Please provide the missing information by 17 January 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender. 

I had provided all the details long back and still, the status shows as Submitted. Did not get any mail confirmation about the uploaded documents in the resolution centre. Am not seeing the transaction of Bluehost reflecting anywhere in PayPal. This really sucks and not able to contact anyone in Paypal.

Can anyone please help how to proceed

Try resolving the email address and bank as well.

If there's no trace of the bluehost transaction, it may have been returned after 30 days. Check with bluehost.

I had added verified my bank account and email already. Not sure why they are still asking to submit one ..

Also, do the submitted information takes months to get verified?
