I have bought some items on e-bay. Went to use my wife's card details (as per account), but the card no longer is in use. I have added my card detail, reset all of the details - done everything and evrytime I try to pay for the items paypal says it cannot accept my card. Its getting ridiculous. Any advice?
Name and billing address on the card must match name and billing address on the PayPal account. Is the card confirmed successfully? Maybe wait a day or two before trying again. Or try another card, but don't ever add someone else's card to your account.
