Friends and family

Hello

Has the friends and family option no longer being allowed? As when I sent money, there was no option for that and a big fee was taken from the seller. Now I am wanting to send another amount and it just says Continue. The option for friends and family is not there.

Unfortunately the friends/family option is not available in every country and don't think it is available in yours.

Last year December I was able to send with friends and family. So surprised that I am not able to now.
