Hello, someone is trying to send me payment but there's no option for them to send it via friends and family, help please

That option is not available in every country, if they can't see it when they go to send money then they would have to use the goods/services option.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
