I'm attempting to make a PayPal purchase using Friends & Family. However, I'm not sure if it is available in my region, Korea - I've heard it's not available here, and neither can I select the option. Would it be possible to use Friends & Family here? If not, would I be able to register a US account and assign my Korean credit card to it?
Apart from the fact its against paypal rules to use that option for purchasing goods and services and can lead to your paypal account being banned if you do so, no its not available in your country.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
