A friend sent $25 to my mobile phone number. I received an SMS from PP to notify me of this. I clicked on the link in the notice. It said, "claim your money. Login." I logged in. It says "The money from so and so is now in your account." However when I view my account, the balance is unchanged. The $25 has not been added. Also, the transaction, the sending of the $25 to me does not show in the activity report. And if I search for a transaction with So-and-so's name, it yields no results. It has been about 3.75 hours since I received the notice from PP that the money was sent. What is the problem? Where is the money that PP said is now in my account?
