Recently I made a transaction and turns out the email was wrong, maybe I was scammed, I don't know, thing is I want to cancel it and get my money back. I've already opened a dispute and sent messages but to no avail. If this isn't resolved I'll just have to go to Financial Ombudsman Service.
So YOU sent money to the wrong email account / paypal address and its paypal fault then is it???
Anyway can't advise as you haven't said HOW you sent it ie which paypal option / HOW you funded it ie which funding source OR / which dispute you opened.
Well it wasn't really my mistake since the recipient gave me the wrong address, which is why I want it back, I don't see how that's not their problem if I request so and they decline. It was sent as friends & family option, through my Paypal balance, the transaction ID is the following: 4VC11974P53215943 and case ID is this: PP-I-13413504
