Hi! Someone from the USA (I'm from Canada) purchased an item I was selling on eBay. Everything has gone smooth aside from the funds being on hold, which makes total sense being a first time seller. My question is regarding the inaccurate conversion from US Dollars to Canadian. It says I am receiving $57.30 USD after getting taxed by PayPal etc, but the notification I have says that I only have $77.47 on hold. I know it isn't much, but does anyone know where the ~$3 went?
