Paypal have just advised that my bank has rejected a payment, and given me an ID Number and amount and e mail address which I do not recognise, it is not showing in my summary, so no idea. I do not recognise the e mail or the amount?

What is the bit after the @ say in the email address? Is the transaction showing in your activity page? Do you have any authorizations listed in your automatic payments page? Go to account settings page, click payments in the submenu to access the auto pay page.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
