I tried the message center several times and can't get a response.
I want to find out what is my limit for a single transaction, before paypal hold back an amount until prof of goods shipped.
It's frustrating asking a customer to send me a deposit so I can start work on their order, then find I can only access a portion of it (not enough to start their order).
