Hi,
I refunded £15 to a trader, the trader asked me to issue the refund using Family & Friends method. The original amount I received from the trader was £25 minus PayPal usual fees, should I be getting some of the fees I paid to PayPal in the original transaction please?

Nope, paypal no longer returns the fee you were charged when your buyer paid as part of any refund that you issue.
You paid the fee to paypal for providing the service of processing your original payment from the buyer and then processing the refund for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
