Hi, hope someone can help me. I'm not sure what it would cost me to receive a small USD payment to my account?
I have tied to find the answer but from what I understand, it would cost me quite a bit, so would not be worthwhile.
Thank you for any help.

Sorry, it is for an item on Ebay, I do not usually post to the USA but was asked if I would.
I tried to figure the cost to me but managed to get totally confused, could keep it in dollars in my account or would I have to exchange to GBP?
Thank you

if your item is listed on Ebay -UK,then buyer should pay you in GBP.
If he is overseas, say in USA,he has to pay Paypal to convert his US $ INTO GBP to pay you,his conversion fee is 3% plus whatever exch rate is between GBP and US dollars.
But you will pay Paypal a fee to accept the payment under goods and services ,I think it is 3.4% plus .20 GBP.
make sure you charge him enough for overseas shipping to USA with tracking
