So I received a payment from a friend who didn't select "send payment to friend" but instead just sent it as goods and services which then charged me a fee. If I issue her a refund so she can send money the correct way will I received the the fee I was charged back? Like will paypal issue me the refund amount of the fee or is it a done deal. I'm afraid I'll refund her but then it would be a mute point if I don't received the fee amount back in return
