Fake emails

I have been receiving what seems to be a lot of fake emails from purchasers. Would any email from a PayPal come from a gmail account? Eg: <removed>

I can confirm PayPal emails won't ever come from a Gmail domain. It will always be a PayPal domain (@paypal.com) or some variety. You can learn how to report those here, https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/security/report-problem.
