I have created a paypal account for the first time and would like to use it to receive payment from Word Press where i host my blog. Unfortunately I get the following message:
"We attempted to send a payment of $xxx for your WordAds site The Blogg Site, but encountered a PayPal error: "Receiver's address is in a non-receivable country or a PayPal zero country.""
What can I do to ensure that I receive payment from WordAds hosted by Wordpress? I am from Uganda.
My account is verified with my bank
