Hello, I added €151.03 to my account via Ideal and the transaction failed but the money has still been taken from my bank account, I've contacted my bank who are unable to help as the issue is with paypal. I am seriously unhappy with this as i was planning to use these funds to purchase an xbox pre order tomorrow but now this money is god knows where and I don't have the cash to replace this while it gets traced and resolved. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
